The Heart Behind Potail Paws

Potail Paws was born from love — and loss.
After losing our three beloved cats — Miss Passo, Lem, and Ghosty — we knew their light was too bright to fade away. Their spirits still move through our home, our hearts, and now, through this brand.

This isn’t just a pet store.
It’s a living tribute to the bond between people and the animals who become part of our families — the ones who meet us at the door, watch over us when we’re unwell, and give us love that words can’t begin to describe.

 

Our Mission

At Potail Paws, our mission is simple: to honor the love pets give us by creating a safer, kinder world for them. Every product we offer is chosen with care, compassion, and purpose — designed to make life better for pets and the people who adore them.

We believe every animal deserves our best: non-toxic, high-quality, thoughtful products that protect their well-being, bring them joy, and strengthen the bond we share.

 

Their Legacy Lives On

Miss Passo, the heart of our little family, was full of humor and grace. She loved chasing frogs in the yard, following us on short walks, and always waiting by the door when we returned from shopping. She had this quiet, almost magical sense of knowing when someone needed comfort. When Shann, her favorite human, fell ill in April 2025, Miss Passo never left her side, curling up at her feet and giving comfort in the purest, simplest way — without asking for anything in return.

Lem, Miss Passo’s daughter, had the same spark — curious, playful, and endlessly loyal. She loved to knead biscuits on our tummies, just like her grandmother Potail did before she passed a few years ago, carrying forward a little family tradition in every soft paw.

Ghosty, who joined our family after losing her feral mother, taught us that love needs no bloodline. Her gentle spirit and quiet presence fit seamlessly into our home, reminding us that family is what you make it.

In August 2025, tragedy struck. Miss Passo passed peacefully in our arms. Lem was rushed to the veterinarian when her breathing became difficult, but despite all efforts, she could not be saved. Ghosty passed unexpectedly, leading us to realize someone had caused them harm.

The grief was indescribable. But in the midst of sorrow, we found purpose. Their love, their loyalty, their quiet wisdom — it had to live on. And so Potail Paws was born: a living tribute to their memory, and a promise to carry their light forward.
